The Chocolatiers

Magnificent chocolate creations by some of New Mexico's finest chefs will highlight the evening! The Chocolate Invitational Competition is the focus of the gala fundraiser benefiting the New Mexico Museum of Natural History Foundation. Guests will be amazed by the incredible, artistic chocolate creations and savor the mouth-watering chocolate morsels offered by some of the finest chefs in New Mexico! In past years, the talented chefs created extravagant chocolate fantasies you had to see to believe! This is a culinary competition judged by a panel of recognized food professionals.
